VIVIANO

Her, Without a Name.

VIVIANO is the eponymous label of Tokyo-based designer Viviano Sue, who grew up between the United States and China. For the Fall/Winter 2026 collection, “Portrait of Her, Unnamed,” he portrays a figure who has yet to be defined as anything within a society that seeks to name, categorize, and understand.

Brown and monochrome tones form the foundation of the collection, punctuated by touches of pink and blue, while contrasting textures such as leather and organza are brought together. From sharply structured black coats with emphasized shoulders to voluminous pink satin dresses, garments with distinctly different impressions are placed side by side to present a figure that resists being confined to any single, clearly defined identity.
