Reinterpreting the value of money through jewelry

Based between New York and Tokyo, jewelry designer and artist KOTA OKUDA reexamines the value of money through his “MONEY” series, which encloses, distorts, and transforms currency symbols such as the dollar and euro into sculptural forms. Moving fluidly between craftsmanship, 3D modeling, and printing, Okuda expands jewelry into a medium for thought, ranging from accessories only a few millimeters in size to large-scale objects. The first drop of the 26AW collection arrived in August.
