BLANC.. is a Japanese eyewear brand founded in 2012 by Toshiyuki Watanabe, a former buyer for a select shop. The name means “white” in French, representing a pure, open space that can take on any color. Its design philosophy, “Newtral” (New + Neutral), centers on clean, understated forms that blend effortlessly into a wide range of styles, from classic to streetwear, paired with a comfortable fit designed for everyday wear. Each frame is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Sabae, Fukui Prefecture, Japan’s renowned eyewear-producing region. A distinctive stepped detail at the end of the left temple serves as the brand’s signature.
