Shopping at GR8 ONLINE STORE

  • Stock

    GR8 ONLINE STORE shares its inventory with the GR8 physical store. On rare occasions, items ordered online may no longer be in stock prior to the fulfillment of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will notify you via email if this occurs. We may offer you to make modifications to or cancel your order. If items are in stock, you should receive a shipping confirmation email next. If the purchase requests are greater than the availability of the item(s) in stock, we will contact you to inform you of the status. In the event there are server issues while you are shopping, we will fulfill orders on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Acknowledgment of Order

    Once you complete the checkout process, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. The email is just to acknowledge that have received your order but is not finalized at that time.
  • Final Confirmation of Order

    A shipping confirmation email will be sent as soon as we confirm the stock of your order and ship it to you. Your order is confirmed and completed once you receive the shipping confirmation email. We are unable to change the shipping address after the check-out process is completed. Please make sure the shipping address is correct before submitting your order. 

    ※Shipping confirmation email is the one with a tracking number. This is different from the order confirmation email.

Process after Check-out

After we receive your order, we will send emails to the email address provided in the following sequence:

① Order Confirmation

This email shows the details of your order. Please kindly review the message contents and let us know if there are any discrepancies. At this time, we are still in the process of checking our stock for your order since GR8 ONLINE STORE shares its inventory with the GR8 physical store.
※Your order is not finalized at this point.

② Shipping Confirmation

The email confirms your order was finalized and shipped to you. The tracking number for your parcel will be indicated in this email.
※Your order is completed by receiving the shipping confirmation email.

We may send you emails to answer any questions you may have sent us, provide corrections for site and product information, or inform you if items are not in stock.
※In case you don’t receive any emails from us.
Please check your email service environment to make sure you receive our emails in advance. Order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and replies to your questions should be received, but if you don't receive these emails in your inbox, please check your email service settings or check bulk, clutter, junk, and spam email folders. Adjust the settings to receive emails from “gr8.co.jp”  as that may solve the issue. Please also make sure the given email address is correct.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) payment (Domestic customer only)
    The shipping carrier will collect payment for products when delivered. A COD (Cash on Delivery) payment fee will be charged by the shipping carrier when using this payment method.
    ※This payment method is allowed for orders with a total up to 300,000JPY.

      ¥330(order less than ¥9,999)、¥440(order between ¥10,000~¥29,999)

Shipping to destination in Japan

Japanese law will be amended to require the full price to be displayed to the consumer by April 1st, 2021.
This will require the tax be included in the price displayed. GR8 will comply with the law and will be displaying tax included price on our online store on Monday, March 29th 2021.

The displayed price includes sales tax, but not the shipping fee.
Shipping will be complimentary when your order total is more than ¥15,000.

Your order should be fulfilled within 3 days after the order confirmation is sent usually. This process may take longer when we receive a high volume of orders.


Shipping to International Destination

Orders from outside Japan will be exempt from the payment of Japanese sales tax (10%). In this case, only the shipping fee will be charged.

International order will be exempted from paying the Japanese sales and that should be indicated on our check out page. Please kindly check the final price when you check out and let us know if you have any questions.
We ship via FedEx, DHL, UPS or EMS (Express Mail Service).

Shipping charges vary depending on the weight of the ordered items and will be indicated at checkout.

・Customs Duty

Orders may be subjected to Customs Duty and additional fees may be charged when the order enters the country of destination. This must be paid by the recipient and please pay directly to local authorities or shipping company.

The rules and rates of customs duties may differ between each country. Please contact your local authority to check on this.
Your order should be fulfilled within 8 days after the order confirmation is sent usually. This process takes take longer when we receive a high volume of orders.

Return and Exchange

We don’t accept order cancellation by customer’s reasons (placed the wrong item or the wrong size is ordered, etc.).

 

Please check the product condition as soon as you receive your order.

 

※Some products, especially products made of knit or stretch materials may be slightly different in size from shown on a product page. Also, shoe packaging such as a box may have some imperfection. These are not acceptable reasons for the return of the product and we will not accept returns or exchanges based on these criteria.

 

We will accept returns or exchanges for products damaged during transit or if the wrong item is delivered.

Please contact GR8 ONLINE STORE (eshop@gr8.co.jp) if you believe your order meets these criteria. We will accept returns and exchanges if the original item is returned to us within 8 days after the delivery.

We will issue a refund if we no longer have the same product you wish to exchange in stock.

Please be aware, we do not accept any returns if the item(s) are not returned to us within 8 days of the delivery. This includes unopened items.

※Customers will be charged a shipping fee to return products that do not meet the return criteria.

※Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

 

(1) The product you wish to return or exchange must be unused. (Original product tag must be attached)

(2) All items included in the original delivered package (accessories, attachments, invoice, etc.) must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.

(3) Any other matters separately requested by us.

 

We can’t accept returns (refunds) or exchanges of products that fall under the following items, even within 8 days.

(1) Products that have been used even once 

(2) Products that have been defaced or damaged due to the customer's negligence

(3) Products that have been customized, repaired or cleaned by the customer. 

(4) Product packaging that has been defaced, damaged, lost, or destroyed.

 

Due to the nature of viewing on a computer or mobile device, the product image may differ slightly from the actual color depending on the user's viewing environment. Please note that the color of the image will not be treated as a defect of our company.

Shipping Fee for Return and Exchange

<In case damaged item or wrong item is delivered>
・The received item differs from the item on the order confirmation.
・Received damaged (damage, scratches, dirt) item.

In this case, we pay the shipping fee for the return and exchange.
※We accept a return in case an item to exchange is not available.
Other than the above reasons, the shipping fee for the return and exchange will be charged to customers.
※Refund method may differ from original payment methods.


Refund

① Any issues caused by us

We will full-refund for any issues caused by us such as damaged items or wrong items are received.

②Customer convenience exchange or return

A replacement shipping fee, bank fee, and correct payment fee will be on you. In case we refund, this fee will be deducted from the total refund value.

Paid by credit cards>
We will process a refund directly to the credit card, you used for purchase.
Refunds may be delayed in the event your return was received after the credit card’s cut-off day. Please contact your credit card company directly to check your contract with the card provider.

<Paid by Correct Payment>
We will refund the bank account you provided.
