Born from the introspection that followed the previous collection, 26AW “THE SAXE BLUE GINGHAM” turns its gaze back to the origin: the sax blue gingham check, imbued with a sense of duality. Echoing Dorothy’s journey toward self-acceptance in The Wizard of Oz, the collection delicately renews existing techniques and graphics, reaffirming the identity that has been there all along—the “home” we were always meant to return to.

The name "Test Samples" derives from prototype garments made for soldiers, embodying a pioneering and experimental approach to clothing design.The brand's core is "duality," expressing the everyday reality of Tokyo and the surreal atmosphere of Antwerp through a mix of humor and social critique.
