MM6 was launched in 1997 as the contemporary line of Maison Margiela. It incorporates street elements while embracing a genderless perspective and deconstructive aesthetic. It is characterized by wearable luxury that injects innovation into daily life.

The Spring/Summer 2026 collection staged its show on a street painted white in place of a runway, creating a setting of “heightened normality” where anything could happen. It is a reshuffling of the classics, proposing a wardrobe of familiar silhouettes reworked with new intent.
